Water, wastewater, and street opening permits may be required at the time permits are submitted.

Electrical permits are issued by Inspection Bureau, Inc. Phone 513-381-6080 for information.

Plumbing permits are issued by the Clermont County Board of Health. Phone 513-732-7499 for information.

Hours: The Milford Engineering and Building Department is staffed Monday through Friday.  Building code inquiries and inspection requests for construction projects should be made by calling the building official at 513-248-5098.
