The City contracts with National Inspection Corporation for the administration of building and electrical permits to ensure municipal, county, state and federal building laws are adhered to when businesses or residents improve their property. NIC can be reached at (513) 248-5097, Monday through Friday or via email at plans@natinspect.com for questions and inspection appointments. Permit applications along with three sets of plans should be submitted at the City Administrative Office, Monday through Friday, where they will be reviewed by the City Zoning Manager and then forwarded to NIC for final approval. Water, Wastewater and Street Opening permits may be required at the time the application is submitted. Plumbing permits for the City of Milford are issued by the Clermont County Board of Health.
