The Riverside Park Master Plan was adopted by City Council in 2016, and will be completed in phases. The master plan includes a multi-purpose shelter, walking path, updated parking, landscaping and updates to the playground. The City was awarded a Community Development Block Grant from Clermont County for $68,000 to construct the multi-purpose shelter in 2017. The city has also been awarded a Land & Water Conservation fund grant from the ODNR for the completion of a walking path and connecting path to the parking lot in the amount of $118,000. With the development of this park, we hope to make it a family-friendly destination for future City events and provide additional recreation opportunities for park visitors.
